She received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona. She has taught English as a Second Language to Preschool-7th grade while living in Tokyo, Japan. The Military took her away from working at Little Acorn for a few years and we are all SO excited to have her back! She recently moved back to Oakwood with her husband Ryan and 3 children: Smith, Carson, and Payton. They have a dog named Cali. As a family, they love to travel and meet new people. I don’t know which chapter I am most thankful for, but I do know how thrilled I am to have her be a part of it all. Her students will be so lucky to have her calm, creativity and care. Courtney has her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and has taught photography for many years as well…so a teacher of many things, lucky us! Gretchen is a jack of all trades with a B.A. in Elementary Education from University of Guam, a B.A. in Anthropology from University of Hawaii, and a Law Degree from University of Hawaii.
